Itinerary

Day 1

Masai Mara (Kenya)

On your arrival, you will be picked up by your dedicated safari guide from Jomo Kenyatta Int. Airport, and transfer to Masai Mara by road. The road transfer is based in a safari land cruiser where you will start your Kenya safari by boarding the comfortable safari vehicle and travelling via the tarmacked Ngiro-are road. Approximately 45min into the trip, you will get to the Rift Valley Viewpoint where you will have an opportunity to experience the majestic view and take amazing pictures with the magnificent backdrop. You will then resume your journey to Narok town where you will do any last-minute shopping you may wish to do before heading to Mara. Your guide will drop you at the Camp and enjoy the rest of your day there.

Day 2

Masai Mara (Kenya)

After breakfast you will have an early morning game view and enjoy one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth. Experience a million wildebeest moving as one extended carpet of biomass, a quarter of a million zebras, thousands of Thompson’s gazelles, elephants moving through the throng and attending predators dotting the surrounding termite mounds, just waiting to strike. Span far and wide to the heart of the Mara where the Mara River is located, the unspoiled, serene and undoubtedly the best part of the Masai Mara migration safari trip as it is the biggest barrier during the migration. Enjoy your packed lunch by the breathtaking grasslands and acacia woodlands characteristic of the Central Plains and enjoy the afternoon game drive there. Return to the Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara (Kenya)

Enjoy breakfast before setting out on a full day of game drive again. The goal is to look for animals that you might have missed on the previous day. Head back to the campsite for an optional bush dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park (Kenya)

Lake Nakuru National Park After breakfast, drive from Masai Mara as you depart for the next leg of your journey to Nakuru National Park. Upon arrival, check in for lunch and afternoon relaxation at your lodge before embarking on an evening game drive safari with our experienced guide. The park is home to one of the largest concentrations of black rhinos in East Africa as well as a significant population of white rhinos. Lake Nakuru National Park was established in part to protect these endangered species from poaching and habitat loss, making it a crucial sanctuary for rhino conservation efforts. Discover the park's diverse landscapes, from wooded grasslands to the shimmering lake shores, In addition to flamingos, Lake Nakuru is a haven for birdwatchers with over 450 bird species recorded within the park and other wildlife species. As the sun sets over the horizon return to your lodge for dinner and overnight rest, recounting the day's thrilling encounters amidst the beauty of Nakuru.

Day 5

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli (Kenya)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before departing Nakuru for Amboseli. En route, opt for a scenic pass by Lake Naivasha where you can have an optional tranquil boat ride and nature walk experience amidst the serene waters and lush vegetation. Lake Naivasha is home to a large population of hippos, which can often be seen basking along the shores or swimming in the shallow waters. A boat safari will offer you the opportunity to observe these massive mammals up close, along with other wildlife such as zebras, giraffes and many other antelope species that come to the lake to drink. Lunch will be served on en route as you embark on a picturesque drive towards Amboseli National Park renowned for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arriving in the evening, check in to your lodge or camp for dinner and settle in for a peaceful night amidst the serene surroundings of Amboseli.
